bathfitters toronto area

I'm interested to know if anyone has experience with the bathfitters working out of, I believe, the scarborough (toronto) area. I've just booked an estimate, and wondered about the quality of work, products, etc. Messages posted here are not encouraging!
Any Toronto area experiences? Katie, did you go ahead with your bathfitters, and if so, with what result?
