I'm trying to put new horizontal wood blinds in a bedroom window. Unfortunately, the plaster is old and extremely loose. I cannot get a firm surface to install the bracket, and I don't want to knock out too much plaster or the blind won't fit. What do I do to re-plaster the window and make it stable enough for the bracket? Thanks!
