Get a Pressure Reducing Valve. It can be done by you but you might employ a Licensed plumber to save the headaches. The valves are relatively cheap and it shouldnt take the plumber more than a few minutes to complete (depending on alot of factors)Most water districts want the PRV to be on the customer side of the water meter. Check with them. Im suprised your faucets and T&P valves dont leak with that much pressure.
