the pressure relief valves from the factory that I've seen are preset for 50 pounds.

the blow off screw in spring overload safety valves are fatory preset to 70 or 75 pounds.

my guess is you have an older house with copper pipes and you're real close to the water tank in the sky or the home inspectors gauge is off
