Hey Bob - You and your Team are "SUPER STARS". I (Paul) spilled candle wax on the carpet Christmas 2002 and all efforts had failed until a buddy of mine at IR HUSSMANN suggested that we visit your web site to search for a solution. It took my teenage son Matthew and I just 20 minutes to remove all traces of the 2" candle wax stain - it even introduced Matthew to the steam iron! When Christine returned from the shops we were sat smugly, enjoying the TV!
Christine admired our handy work and really thought that we were great.
One day (but not yet) we will tell her how we learned to get rid of the wax.
