Recently it was unseasonably hot where I live. I turned on the central a/c and forgot to turn off the humidifier that is built into the furnace. As a result I have an inch of water in my furnace floor. I have cleaned all that up and the a/c still works. Will this do any long term damage to my furnace or a/c unit?
