I've seen the application you are refering to. I think it takes a special compound thats not available to the public. They use a comressor and spray gun affair but the chemical mixture is not available "off the shelf" as yet that I'm aware of.

I've had marginal success with the aerosol spray cans, but like, you, I need much, much more volume than those deliver and at $3.00 to $4.00 a can, that gets expensive (not to mention time consuming and ineffective).

I have a 90 year old house with the exact same issue (crawl space and all).
