Central Air keeps kicking off!!

Everytime we turn on our central air it works fine, then after awhile the fans stops, and warm air starts coming through the vents. then we turn it off, wait about 30 minutes, turn it back on , and start all over again. This gets tiresome when your trying to sleep at night!! We have replaced the motor, fan, freon, and the problem is still going on!!!
