The speeds being reduced will not be the bearings. The bearings are oiled for life on those fans and do not require any maintenance. You should check the wiring inside. Turn the power off first. Take the fan down and check the 9 pin connector. Sometimes the connector can come loose and not make proper contact. Make sure that the wires have not come loose. Is it on a dimmer? Check the pull chain, the first pull is normally the high and then make sure that the dimmer is on high.. IF all else fails, contact the manufacturer by call the 800 number in the manual.
