Air Duct Grill Sizes

Just bought a house that was built in 1937. We are replacing the grill/grates/covers for the air ducts on the floor and the size of the opening is 5in H x 10in L.
Duct covers seem to come in even sizes only, 4x10, 6X8, 6x10. Is this just an outdated size used in older houses? Any suggestions on where to find 10x5 covers?
Any help is appreciated. thanks
