I FOUND MY MANUAL. ON YOUR APEX REMOTE CONTROL- PRESS AND HOLD DOWN THE F KEY , THEN PRESS MUTE WHILE STILL HOLDING DOWN THE F KEY. MY TV CAME BACK ON RIGHT AWAY. SORRY, DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE NOT USING THEIR APEX REMOTE.
