We have a McPherson Upflush Toilet in our basement. Everytime we flush it --it will flush OK but when it starts to fill back up - it overflows. Eventually it stops, but until then you must keep bailing the water out. Can anyone out there give us some idea of what could be wrong? It's a Twin Flush Valve.
