roofing tar on vinyl siding

When re-doing our roof, we accidentally got some roofing tar on the vinyl siding of our home.We used some lighter gas to remove it the major portion of the stain but it left the 'white' siding with a 'yellow' stain.

Any idea how we can get it to become white again?
