I, too, have suffered at the hands of Maytag Neptune washer. I did buy an extended warranty (paid for it myself). This did cover 3 repairs to the Neptune. However, I am still experiencing musty moldy odors. I think I should be eligible for some sort of monetary relief, perhaps a new model.
