Hi There Bruce M;

We have just finished discussing this between tow of the
RE Agents. We [ my husband, the sellers and I]
Have booked a contractor to come out saturday and
give an estimate. We have already told them that
before we buy it is not OUR problem but theirs, and that
no matter WHO buys the house the problem is still there
and will be there for the next people who come by.

Thanks for the advice...buying a house is not the same
a renting an apt.
