TONS AND TONS of this wood in Kitchens around the country.
If you want moisture proof, you need sheet vinyl, but sheet vinyl won't last as long.
Or ceramic tile, but it's cold and hard..but will last a long time.
Clean up your spills and your fine...if you are gonna worry every day it's in there, then go with the vinyl or ceramic.
I would avoid wood in a full bath...toilets burst too often..but then again, when the toilet's burst, it will toast ALL flooring. hmmmm...
