WOW!! This sounds like it could get really expensive - possibility of new tank??? This is just great. My land lord lives 3 hours away and is very hard to get a hold of let alone get something fixed around here. Now I'm apprehensive.
I can see it now, my husband coming home to no water!!! YIKES!!!!
So the drain and refill is the best avenue for me to take right now, right? After it is empty, do I just turn it back on and it will fill to where the level is supposed to be? How much psi should there be? Is 37 enough?
