Earlier today, before starting on the pump, I worked on the kitchen faucet. It is on the main floor and the pump is in the basement. But obviously, to do the work I had to get all the water out of the pipes. I shut the breaker and drained the water. Turned fuse back on and everything filled up....
Is this the same as the drain and fill we were talking about earlier?
