was plugging a heating pad into wall socket and then lost power to 3 of the outlets in my room and my light switch when I go to turn it on does not work. I am stummped and need help. My breakers were not tripped when I checked, I shut them all off even the master breaker and turned them all back on and still nothing. What do you suggest the problem could be. Help clueless
