I was told not to use a chemical stripper on these because it promotes rust, and I don't want to pay to get the paint removed because I have about 14 of them, and I know it's going to be a lot of work moving them downstiars, and into the truck.. many weigh upwards of 300 pounds. How should I get the paint off in the most cost effective way. Anyone, please help!
