Okay, you gotta get the pipe clear. Can you get to the outlet end and clean it out, use a garden hose and snake. Make sure the outlet can drain freely, and is not half buried, so the water that does get there drains away.

If the holes in the driveway drain plate are too big and letting extra crap in (which they must be if it clogs easily) try putting some screen mesh under the plate. Not tight againt the bottom though. If you put it tight against the bottom it will allow crap to plug the holes easier. Fasten it up tight at opposite edges and let it bend down in the middle. That way crap will flow through the holes, get caught on the screen, but the water can still flow around it and not get blocked up. Dont use window screen-you can let the dirt through, just not the other crap. You'll have to clean it out occasionally.

Can you do anything to keep the crap from coming over the wall in the first place? Plant grass, it makes a good "filter strip".

Im curious about the connection that lets stormwater up your shower drain. It must be a garage floor drain, connected to the house sewer, picking up excess stormwater-but why doesn't it just drain out through the house plumbing? Does the shower ever back up into the garage? Where do these drains (shower, garage floor drain, driveway drain) drain to, and whats hooked together?
