It seems like there is a lot of confusion. I finished a bathroom floor as a favor to a friend when it came time to set the toilet I found the one I purchased would not fit. I drove to three large stores and the seemingly knowledgable sales guys all told me I was out of luck unless I special ordered from Kholer for $$$. It turned out all those stores had several 10" toilets in stock (apparently they did not know this). I went to American Standard's website, found the specs, and back to the store and pulled the toilet off the shelf. My advice is to search the websites.
