Craftsman Pressure Washer Won't Start

I bought a Craftsman Pressure Washer system last spring and used it only two or three times. Each time it started fine. After doing my spring cleaning I followed the directions and stored it away for the next time. Over the weekend I decided to power wash a few things around the house so I took it out of the shed (after a year in hibernation), read the booklet again how to use it, hooked it up and attempted to start it. Since this was the first time in a year I thought I might have to pull a few extra times to start it but it would not start at all. I removed the air filter and put a few drops of gas in the carb. It started but only ran for one or two seconds. It appears it is not getting fuel from the tank. There is no primer bulb to prime the engine which I found strange. Naturally the warranty is past and now I will have to pay Sears 35 bucks just to bring it in for a looksee... Anyone have any thoughts what I should do?
