I live in a townhome complex. We found out that not enough soffits were placed in the roof when originally built. 2 people have been out to quote the project and belive we need to add more soffits, but there is no guarantee this will solve the problem. I believe it is foolish to do this to all 10 buildings before getting another quote. Can this be a problem in all the buildings? What causes it? Will it cause mold and other problems in the future?
