I am building a Cape Cod style home and would like to use white cedar because of the beautiful silver / gray it turns....what do I use on the siding and what do I use on the roof....no one in the northwest seems to know where to find the roof in anything other than red cedar...is there a white cedar roof? Are there specific grades that I should request for siding and for the roof...do I need to treat with anything?
