Do you know if the floor is stained a color or just coated with polyurethane? If it is a stained floor they sell stain markers that you can use to fill in the scratch to match the rest of the floor. Check a store that sells Minwax products. If it is just polyurethane you can fill in the scratch with a little bit of polyurethane which Minwax also sells.
