I washed chalking off the siding before painting, I used 100% Acyrlic latex primer. Unfortenently it rained 6hrs after application. Early the following morning I noticed bubbling in some ares,
like chicken pots. About 1hr 1/2 later the bubles were all gone. It appears to have dried and seems to be adhered to the siding. Since their no longer visable I dont know where they all were to scrap them off and reapply. Should I be concerend and or what to do before applying base coat.
