i have found the OUTDOOR Clorex to be excelent for removal of mildew stains on exterior walls. It should do the same for basement walls, just open all vents, windows, doors as the clorine smell is strong. use a garden sprayer to applly and wash with hose after 5 minutes. on my basement garage doors, makes them look like they have been freshly painted.
