I would advise you to at least get a dehumidifier, but that will throw off heat, so if that is ok, run... and I do mean run, to Sears and buy their small, roll around dehumidifer. Works great for us and you can set it for the level you want. It eliminated our musty smells and mold in short order. Happy Dehumidifying
