Garage Door Remote

I have remotes to open and close both of my garage doors. I also have a remote that is attached to the outside of the door, that has an access code. I would like to reprogram that access code. The model # is 139.18795. FCC ID:HBW1216. Can you help me. I have no instructions on how to do this.
