We do not use stucco here on Guam. Why? I don't know. Every contractor who builds a concrete block home use only cement/sand mixture for both interior and exterior finish for the building.
I am building a cement block house. I wish to finish the outside with a premixed stucco color finish. Is there anything for me to do on the outside of the concrete cement block wall prior to applying colored stucco?
Please advice.
