I am looking for some outside advice. I am going to have a 14x18 Patio put in. The shape is oval so it may demensions are at the widest points. I have rec. a couple of bids..and the ones that concern me are the ones saying Rebar isn't needed for the job. Using reinforced concrete is good enough. I thought the Rebar would be something required...anyone with a background with this..a little help?! Is Rebar needed...or am I off in left field!
