The people who lived here before had a dog and 12 cats and let them pee on the floors in the dining room. Now we just moved in and have tried febreeze, oust and lysol but can't get the smell out. Do we have to tear out the carpet? There are hardwood floors under the carpet and I'm afraid tearing out the carpet won't completely solve the smell. HELP!!
