Pee Smell

Speaking from experience, it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove cat pee from carpet, in fact once you remove the carpet, you will have to treat the floor underneath with varnish to make sure that it is sealed. You should lightly sand the effected areas of hardwood and refinish before sealing. You will be able to immediately spot the effected areas.
