I wonder if it is a good idea to paint thoroseal over the latex paint that I painted few years ago on my exterior wall on the house. originally painting is thoroseal and I want to use thoroseal again because the latex paint is peeling and is only a small area. any suggestion or advise is highly appreciate thankyou
