I just moved into a new apartment and the former tenant smoked and had three dogs. The carpet and padding have been replaced, and the walls have been painted, but the place still stinks! I've cleaned and cleaned. Also the smell is outside where she would bathe her dogs. Help. No likey the stinky!!!
