I have this and I love it. Just make sure you have enough support for the floor because the vibration of the spin cycle shakes things up a bit upstairs. We also made a lip around the machines which makes it harder to move them around, but serves to prevent leaks. An in-floor drain would be a good idea! Enjoy!
