Try GOOF OFF. The directions say to apply directly on clothing, agitate abruptly with brush (lots of elbow grease!),and rinse. I recommend washing clothing item(s) alone, since you might have to wash clothing more than once to remove stench. I've used this product several times and it works. (As long as you scrub.)
