yeap. I had some Top Soil delivered to me @$20 a yard!! I had a big sink hole which first I used dirt with big rocks to fill then I used the 2 yards of top soil. Wasn't enough for an area of 20x5 2 inches thick.
remember - Rain will push it down so get more then you think and build it up a little more then curent land.
