Lots of petty, stupid people out there with more time on their than sense in their heads. However they can't be avoided on the web. Bob, surely you are paying someone to maintain this site. I would have them clean out the rude and offensive messages. It's a waste of serious homeowners time, to wade through the messages of the boring and ignorant.
