The exterior of my block home has spraycrete that was put on prior to me purchasing the home. Since I purchased the home it has started to peel off. I started to scrap the exterior to remove this spraycrete so I could repaint the home. Problem is that some of this is bonded and will not scrap off. Do you think the peel away 21 would remove it? any help would be appreciated.
