Master Bath shower

We have tiles coming lose in our Master Bath shower and are considering the seamless replacement. We need to do something right away to avoid water damage to the walls. However, after reading some complaints on Bathfitters and reading about how to keep the acrylic clean we are very hesitant. I don't think we want to do tile again. Not really sure.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
