The red, green, black yellow wire is commonplace, but has been replaced with category 3 wire that has the color combinations you posted. For line 1 green goes to whige/blue and red goes to blue/white. For line 2, black goes to white/orange and yellow goes to orange/white. If you are only using one phone line, the usual practice is to use the blue pairs as the primary line. There are good diagrams on the following web site that show wiring alternatives:
