Most of the dishwashers have adjustable feet. You should be able to turn the feel on the front enough to clear any minor bumps in the grout. These are adjustable so the dishwasher doesn't shake and bounce all over, plus not all floors are level and the dishwasher needs a level floor. Before you do anything, see if you can adjust the feet, then just slide an old piece of carpet or towel underneath it to slide it out.

If you are going to regrout anyway, just remove the grout spots that is stained and then regrout and then reseal. They make special tools to take out the grout. It's a messy job, but not difficult.
