I am a first time buyer and well my other half fell in with this nice little house.I on the other hand am not to thrilled do to no basement.The house is 40yrs old and there is a crawl space under the house where the furnace is..Well I would like to know a few things,is it worth adding a basement? Is it expensive to add it?And if not how long will it take to do? Any help would be great..
