if the rot is caused by water leaking, then you'll need to find and fix the problem first. Then I'd address how the ants are getting into the house, what types of ants they are and if they have caused any damaged. You'll want to plug their entrance and repair any damage they might have caused. Carpentar ants and termites can cause lots of additional problems if not corrected. Finlly, you'll need to cut away all the bad drywall and replace with moisture resistant drywall and then tape, sand, and finish the new drywall to match the rest of the drywall.
