We recently removed a wall in an old house we are remoldeling. We had to re-route some of the duct work. We also had to change the return air vent to a different side. The return air is in the same place it always was but we just moved the vent to the adjoining wall. We dont know what happened but we now have water dripping off the air conditioning vent covers. We made sure we insulated the duct that we moved. The strange thing is that some of the other ducts are also leaking now. Our condensation line is dripping well outside.The attic is no hotter than before but I put a box fan up there to see if that would help but it didn't. We already have the little twirly thing and two other vents in the attic.
Pleeeeease if anyone has any idea why this just started after the remodle I would greatly appreciate your advice.
