I cannot begin to tell you how much trouble I have experienced with Hurd windows. I also have not been able to obtain any satisfaction from Hurd. I actually read a claim on their website about having the best warranty! HA!
I have never sued anyone or even considered it but I would gladly participate in a class action suit against Hurd. It is inexcusable not to back your defective products. I have recently lost my job and may need to sell my home. I am going to have a difficult time when you cannot see out of about half of the windows. The only ones you can see out of are the ones I have already replaced. Please let me know if there is anything we can do!
