I purchased a new over the range microwave, but I am having trouble figuring out how to take out the old one. There are no obvious screws in the cabinet above the microwave...just a flat piece of wood attached to the cabinet. When I was buying it, the salesman said that the screws should be obvious...what am I missing??? Any suggestions would be great!
