Have a bid from a civil engineer to add more parking to a already completed site plan. I am taking out a row of landscape and putting in parking instead. Everything else stayed the same. Are the Grading and Drainage Plan( part of the Erosion Control Plan and the Irrigation Plan part of Landscape Plan
I am being quoted for four seperate plans and I think they should be only two plans, Any comments or can anyone point me to a site or books to research this project
